In the Aula Magna of the Istituto Gentileschi, in the presence of local authorities and representatives of the press, the inaugural ceremony of the Saftas project takes place (Academy Awards Film and Theater Awards). The mayor of the city, Luigi de Magistris, and the Consul of France in Naples, participate in the presentation of the program addressing a message of good wishes to the teachers and students of the six countries involved (Spain, Greece, Italy, Poland, Turkey and France) .
To see the messages:
We witness the realization of tableaux vivants, evocative representations of the works of the painter Caravaggio, followed by the didactic workshop “I tableaux si raccontano”. With the performances of the sweded scene of “Ay Carmela!”, the spot “L’altro” and the work on the iconic phrase of the film Intrigo Internazionale by Hitchcock, the works realized by the students are shown. With the concert of baroque music for harpsichord, mandolin and voice and the performance of the Masters Pier Paolo De Martino, Filomena Minni Diodati and Mauro Squillante on pieces by Cavalli, Scarlatti, Pergolesi, Leo, Barbella, Paisiello and Cimarosa, we will appreciate the importance of the Italian musical tradition of the past.
